Due to our extensive technical knowledge we are generally able to respond to almost all requirements, however as a matter of policy we will clearly and quickly inform you of any such requests we cannot meet, and where possible provide details of known dependable contractors.
We recommend that a formal agreement is established and documented creating a specific maintenance schedule to inspect your buildings and properties, the inspection will include a detailed report on completion. A schedule will normally include minor repairs to be carried out at the time of the visit up to an agreed sum, or as an alternative, an inspection only plan with detailed quotations submitted as attachments to the report.

The carpentry service offered by Seneca is primarily aimed at commercial businesses, contracted clients, and property management agents.
Typically whilst undertaking a building refurbishment project we will carry out carpentry and joinery work as required. In addition we provide a support service to a number of commercial property management agents, where repairs and alterations are required, such as the replacement of damaged or worn doors and frames to all types of buildings.
Office and shop fit outs will normally require extensive carpentry work, our team will carry out such work carefully removing old partitions, fixtures and fittings and replacing with new to a design specification as required.
When a shop front or other similarly large construction is required we will normally have these items manufactured by our trusted sub-contractor partner. Seneca will then coordinate the delivery and fitting using our own employees.

Flooring services
The replacement of commercial flooring is an element of most refurbishment projects we undertake; and we recommend good quality commercial vinyl and carpet tiles are fitted. Seneca work with established suppliers of high quality floor coverings and are able to offer you a range of products at competitive prices.
When carrying out this work your old flooring will always be lifted and removed from site, the floor will be fully prepared and levelled where necessary prior to the new flooring being laid by our team.
We recommend carpet tiles for most office situations and suggest that we agreed to supply a small number of extra tiles at the time of the installation to give you options later to remove tiles that subsequently become damaged tiles. Seneca will also provide you with the manufacturers name and the tile name and reference number, which is all part of the service.

Painting and decorating
Seneca offer professional painting and decorating services using fully qualified apprentice trained tradesmen. Our primary market is commercial businesses, public sector, retail, contracted clients, and property management agents.
Typically whilst undertaking a building refurbishment project we will carry out a complete redecoration of all surfaces inside and outside the building. Where we encounter issues such as seized metal window frames, we have the resource to repair and make good and also replace any glazing if necessary.
